Can I exchange a mosquito net?
You can exchange a mosquito net. You must then notify Klamboe Collection ® as soon as possible and in any event within seven (7) days after delivery via info@klamboe.com

If you want to exchange for a different color / model, all additional shipping costs are for the customer. The package must clearly state your name, the 5-digit order number + desired new color / mosquito net. Depending on the new mosquito net to be sent, we will let you know what amount must be settled.

Returns will only be accepted if the packaging of the product and the product itself are not damaged. The address for returns or refunds is,

Mosquito nets can only be returned with normal parcel post (TNT).

If you want to exchange because of a possible complaint will of course be sent a replacement mosquito net, if your complaint is judged to be well-founded. Naturally, all additional shipping costs are for the account of Klamboe Collection ®. We would like to receive your bank details for this.

Why are the Mosquito Nets of Klamboe Collection ®of better quality and durability than almost all other Nets that are sold?
Our Micro-polyester mosquito nets are fabricated from strong threads and are very finely woven.
The thickness of the thread is 75 denier. All other mosquito nets on the marketare fabricated from threads of 40 denier. Our Mosquito Nets are twice as strong.
The mesh fabric has 256 holes per inch². All other Mosquito Nets on the market have a mesh fabric between 156 and 196 holes per inch².

Mosquito Nets from Klamboe Collection ® are of better quality and very durable.
The travel mosquito net “Compact” Light is fabricated with 40 denier threading. Therefore it is lighter (excellent for travelling). This is why this Mosquito Net is more affordable than the rest.

How long does my order take to arrive?
As soon as we have received your order we will send it the next business day by SkyNet Worlwide Express Courier or PostNL Priority Mail.
For the Netherlands: Your order will be delivered within 1 or 2 work days
For Countries in Europe: Your order will be delivered in 2-3 work days
Voor USA & Canada: Your order will be delivered in 3-5 work days
For Latin America the Caribbean and other countries: Your order will be delivered in 5 to 8 workdays.

These delivery estimates will depend on your excact location when the parcel will be delivered by our shipping agent..

What are the payment options?
You can pay with all major credit cards such as Delta, Visa, Mastercard American Express Maestro and Swift via our secure online transaction page from WorldPay or PayPal. Both WorldPay and PayPal payment systems consist maximum levels of security and state of the art encryption techniques for your privacy.

Are the shipping costs included for the European Union or International orders?
No, shipping costs are added according to the shipping destination that you enter in the checkout.

Can I also send a mosquito net as a gift to someone else?
Yes, this is possible. When you have reached the checkout page you can fill in your preferred shipping address and tell us that it is a gift for someone.

Can I exchange a mosquito net?
In case you return your order within 10 days you will get your money back. In case of extra shipping costs we will be subtract these from the refunded money. You need to inform Klamboe Collection ® as soon as possible.Please contact us or e-mail us at info[@]klamboe.com

In case you want to exchange the mosquito net because of possible damage, please return the products to us and we will send you another model (if the item is in stock). All delivery costs will be on your behalf.

In case you want to exchange the mosquito net for another colour, all delivery costs will be on your behalf. Please contact Klamboe Collection ® before returning the net(s). We will check the shipping charges and inform you how to proceed further.

Can I wash the mosquito net?
Yes, you can. The washing instructions for mosquito nets are as follows:
The MICRO POLYESTER mosquito net can be machine washed with a gentle cycle at 30 degrees Celcius / 85 degrees Fahrenheit .
The COTTON & BAMBOO mosquito nets can only be carefully hand washed in cold water. Never use a washer or dryer! Hang up the damp net over the bed to dry. Line up the gaps and smooth the bottom edges. You can also clean cotton and bamboo mosquito nets by dry-cleaning. Never iron a mosquito net!

If I order a mosquito net will I get a confirmation about this?
Yes, you will get a confirmation e-mail of your transaction from WorldPay or PayPal and a shipping statement from Klamboe Collection ®

Is there a mosquito net available for countries where malaria exists?
Are your mosquito nets impregnated?
Our travel mosquito net is available impregnated with permethrin and without. All other mosquito nets from our collection are not impregnated, but are usable in the tropics and can repel all kinds of mosquitos. Impregnated mosquito nets are being used frequently were malaria exists. The permithrin is a poison that will kill the mosquitos when they sit on the mosquito netting. According to the W.H.O. (World Health Organisation) permithrin is relatively safe for humans. After removing the impregnated mosquito net from the package the poison will work three to six months. Mosquito nets can be impregnated again. Please note that in some counties permithrin cannot be sold over the counter.
 

What material are the mosquito nets made of?
We produce mosquito nets made of micro-polyester, cotton and bamboo fiber.
All mosquito nets function perfectly and are the best protection against mosquitoes when you sleep. The choice is also a question of taste. Only mosquito nets made from polyester can be used for impregnation. This is advisable in countries where malaria exist. In all other cases impregnation of the nets is not needed. Mosquito nets made from cotton or bamboo have special washing instructions. Please see the care instructions above.

Is sleeping under a cotton mosquito net more comfortable than sleeping under a polyester mosquito net?
No, from experience this does not make any difference* and it is more likely to be just a matter of taste. Cotton mosquito nets do get more dust particles so we do not recommend these kind of nets for people who suffer from asthma and allergies.

* This is only the case with the Klamboe Collection ® micro-polyester netting and definitely not for all synthetically made mosquito nets on the market!

Can I get a refund after I sent my mosquito net(s) back?
If you return your order within 3 days after receiving, it is possible to get your money (partially) refunded. For refunds, handling and shipping costs will be deducted. Handling costs are 5,50 Euro per order. For this, we would like to receive your preferable payment information.
