1. All our products are new and are factory guaranteed. If by any chance an item is out of stock we will indicate this on the website.
   
   
2. Klamboe-Unlimited accepts no responsibility for damages to goods, directly or indirectly of any kind, which may occur during shipping and/or transport.

3. Orders which are not in stock will be put on "Backorder" and will be sent to you as soon as possible when they're back in stock. You can cancel an order within 7 days. Later than 7 days will result in purchase of the goods.

4. International payments are possible through a credit card transaction on the secured PayPal or WorldPay payment server. After receiving your payment, the product(s) will be sent to you as soon as possible. We will include a receipt of purchase with your order.

5. If you receive any damaged goods please contact us immediately and send the product to us (see point 6). You will get the product returned, with the exception of products which are out of stock.

6. Merchandise may be exchanged, or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid when returned within 14 days of the merchandise's original recorded delivery date. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns later than 14 days after the recorded delivery date. A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt.
   
   You may exchange the product within 14 days from receiving your product. Please contact us immediately if you want to exchange your product. Exchange is only possible if we receive the goods back undamaged.
   All shipping and handling costs that will be paid for the exchanged goods is on behalf of the client.
